No. Spotify Connect is a sort of remote control. The audio doesn’t stream over it. So I can control the Spotify player on my Echo, TV, computer, or any other device on my account from another device. My partner can also control it from theirs.

The videos are all posted on YT which has automated captioning/transcription. There are plenty of free tools out there that let you plug in the URL of a YT video and download the captions in plain text.
