idk if this is satire but i agree unnironically. Whenever i'm forced into 5h sleep schedule i feel a lot better: i respond to the alarm a lot quicker and wake up with very little lethargy. 5h sleep at night + 1-2h of siesta in the afternon is the optimal sleep cycle.
