Just your average guy who hates the fact that every 4 years, we have to try our hardest to convince people to not let one of the two major political parties turn America into a totalitarian, white christian ethnostate. Why is that even an option?

I hope that every single ICE agent develops a taste for high velocity bullets.

Yes - it is an awful move for Albanese to make. But it unfortunately doesn't jeopardize Australia's standing with the ICC. :(
December 24, 2025 at 5:18 AM
Actually, nevermind. I did not clock that Albanese invited Israel's *president* (Isaac Herzog), and not Israel's PM (Benjamin Netanyahu). Sadly, Herzog does not currently have a warrant against him by the ICC, so all of my speculation is completely moot. My bad.

No idea what the ICC will do if Netanyahu visits Australia, and Australia declines to arrest him. Have to imagine there'd be some consequences for that. Not sure what those would be, though.
December 24, 2025 at 2:39 AM
Interesting. Australia is a state party of the ICC, meaning that they are obligated to cooperate with the court as regards arrests. The ICC currently has an arrest warrant out for Netanyahu. If Netanyahu visits Australia, Australia would be obligated to arrest him.

They're not sending their best. Well... maybe they are, actually. :(

Jake Paul. And then Jake Paul after that.

Trump has single-handedly demonstrated that our entire legal system is a fragile fiction. He breaks the law, nobody enforces it. He loses in court, he bumps to a higher court where he owns the judges. He usurps Congress' power, the speaker shuts down the vote.

What do you want us to do, exactly?

I mean, he was a moron back when his brain was still functioning at its best. Back before the Adderall and sudafed, back before the cocaine and syphilis, back before the dementia... his professor still thought he was the dumbest god damn student he'd ever taught. And we elected him. Twice. :(
December 17, 2025 at 12:33 AM
Interestingly, he also blamed Rob & Michele's murder on himself and his followers? That was definitely something I wasn't expecting.

It is *lunacy* for the ostensibly liberal opposition party to say we shouldn't limit any individual's wealth and power after watching a cadre of fascist billionaires systematically destroy this country. That's probably the single most important thing we *must* do!

Skill issue imo. Git gud, scrub.

People like Kevin O'Leary are a perfect counterpoint for anybody dumb or naïve enough to think that because someone is rich, they must also be smart.

I mean, it makes sense. Conservatism is a political ideology centered around hurting people. So if you're an angry person with the impulse control of a toddler, people making fun of you would make you want to lash out at them, ie become "more" conservative.

Because we've got 10s of millions of vile, despicable people who wanted suitable representation.

So he's coming up with a wild hypothetical, treating it as a fact, and then condemning Democrats for their future actions that he invented? Why do people keep voting for this fucking piece of shit?
November 6, 2025 at 10:08 PM
Damn. If only. Most Democrats ain't that cool, though. :(

The show was great! I can't even imagine how daunting and incredible it must feel to perform in front of an arena full of screaming fans. You guys are killing it!

Fuck that. We allowed him to run this time because Democrats were like "it'll be better if we beat him at the polls than if we bar him from running because he's a traitor", and we can all see how well that strategy worked.
October 28, 2025 at 11:57 PM
He should be arrested for 95% of the things he does. Hell, he was convicted of 37 felonies and didn't spend a single day in jail because we stupidly decided to let the traitor run for president again. Gallego needs to pull his head out of his ass.

You know, for the top Republican in the House of Representatives, Mike Johnson doesn't seem to know very much. At some point, it starts to feel a bit like a self-own.

I wish people would stop associating "being a person of faith" with "has integrity", or "has a conscience". They're not the same things. People who idolize someone who preached love and respect are perfectly capable of being monsters.
