Just shut it off. Get a good book. Wander your neighborhood and appreciate the blooms. Then on Saturday attend a rally. I shut it off for days at a time. I feel way better.

I'll be at our local Indivisable events. May 1st and 3rd. Find a rally in your area. And show up. Just your presence is enough. A sign a nice addition.
