The Hungarian police recommended charging Mayor Gergely Karácsony with ”violation of the freedom of assembly law”, while Karácsony ensured the #freedom of #assembly for the #LGBTQI+ community in Hungary. If the prosecution decides to press charges, the mayor can face a court case.
