English is way harsher on repetition than Japanese, so part of a light novel translator's job is tweaking the wording so it says the same shit, but without sounding redundant.
I thought I'd do a rundown of a few tricks that help with this.

"It has no soul" is hands down the most useless AI argument, just ignores that it devalues real skills, lowers rates, and costs people jobs while plagiarizing and destroying the environment in favor of metaphysical subjectivity that even the choir would find unconvincing.

Both songs are more interesting choices that we usually get even if the opening is one of those songs that's great right up until they start singing.

The show itself...
I like the idea of being reincarnated into some awful cringe shit you wrote in junior high but the approach is super shotgun and mostly misses. They're not hyping up the cringe bits enough, and mostly just trying to make everything super manic in lieu of good comic timing.

Dark History wins the worst title translation since the literal translation conveys none of the connotations of the Japanese. Cringe History was right there.
Also has tons of onscreen text largely ignored because their dumb new subs can't.

A dagger to protect herself.
To an Eikoku lady, that meant taking her one life when her chastity was threatened. A dagger was considered a vital tool for any prospective bride.
But to her mind this was no longer a tool for suicide, but a weapon that would claim the life of her mortal enemy.

Sky
This falcon is bothering me way more in 3D, we can see right up her sleeve, she's got nothing on to stop those talons fucking up her arm, does she just cast Tia all the time, does that remove the bloodstains

If Keigetsu had learned anything from her time with Reirin it was to control her temper... well, no, but now even in a towering rage, she could also fuck up her enemies.

Why are you calling this regular enemy a boss, very confusing, although that did help me realize this was singular

My favorite new category of reviews is one I saw that was like, 'the romance is underdeveloped' and I was like, because there wasn't one, like, not at all, you're doing the het version of looking for yuri in Bofuri, do not be shocked when it stays 'underdeveloped' forever

Going back to Sky after recent, far worse Falcom games is really a reminder they used to be able to write efficiently and have everything actually be impactful. It's not like there's zero redundancy or anything but everything just feels so much punchier than anything from the last decade.
