Usually now it's more like grabbing an 80 pound dumbbell in each hoof and doing that, but the higher weights were always a fun challenge. Need to get back to being able to do this again once we finish the gym! <3

Me toooooo! It feels so good! At my peak I was shrugging around 183kg on a straight bar for 30 reps on the 5th set. Need to get back there next year and force the traps to keep growing! 😈

Actually, can I ask where you got the racks? I just switched all of the dumbbells over to rubber hex and need to source new racks for them. These are exactly what I'd like to get! <3
