i made this ceramic clock!
my hand propping up a square ceramic analog clock with a grid debossed pattern and i colored in the squares near 3, 6, 9 and 12 in blue. the clay is speckled and I did a dainty little wash of white underglaze to bring out the lines so it’s like grid paper was used. the bottom right corner is cut out as my little signature

got to bring home my first hand-built, glazed dish!

I had wax some shrimp like shapes as a pattern around it so the glaze doesn’t show in those spots the red clay shows through and the inside I glaze a different brown color that as it mixed with the blue turned a cool grayish tone

fun, free fact: ~*good apple*~ is white inside like a real apple. i dip it a few times in the red wax and then add a little leaf embed on it. it smells like how a good apple tastes and is part of the holiday shop bugsrock.online/shop#!/the-l...

this is merely a wick test happening, but the glass is doing great and i am going to be introducing gift packaging for them. i have been working on a site redesign, too, so most of the work has been behind the scenes.

usps said someone picked up my box of discontinued periwinkle glasses last night which is untrue! i feared they were gone forever *and* that i would have to go through the song and dance of reporting mail fraud…but then they suddenly appeared where they belong. these will be fun 🪁🪁🪁

there’s no science behind beeswax candles cleaning the air but candle-making content creators and sellers love to add it as an anecdote to sell. lies do not rock! burning *anything* in your home will decrease air quality
