Although the first names are the same, Wakatsuki actually means young moon while Furutsuki means the opposite i.e. old moon.

To think that "Mikami-sensei" was promoting fellow dramas from the same TV station not so discretely like this! 🤣

Coincidentally, the peacock features prominently in another TBS drama this season i.e. "Kujaku no dansu, dare ga mita?" while the name of the lead character in another TBS drama "Madoka 26-sai, kenshuui yattemasu!" was Wakatsuki Madoka.

And in the scene featuring the article about Rintoku's scandal, look at the story beside that - a peacock was found roaming around in a housing estate and the first person who sighted it was Furutsuki Madoka.
