My dad swears by roast pork in the airfryer. The pork scratchings are crisp every time

It is so so good. I only ever have goose for Christmas and look forward to it each year

My dad puts it on the grill rather than in the oven, because we both prefer it that way. It renders more of the fat and the skin gets nice and crispy. I don't really like duck because of the texture from the fatty layer that seems to never cook

You could get a tasty free range goose for that (not traditionally Danish as tradition favours pork or duck, but it us traditional in my family)

By accident CoPilot was installed on all our work computers. THAT former coworker who has complained about her new desk bragged that at least now she had someone to talk to. Yes. In the office.

He also had to tell us a coworker is down with stress so I think he is just trying to accommodate people's wishes hoping nothing else happens
