Pathologic 2 was only the Haruspex, they decided to market / release the Bachelor as Pathologic 3 instead of an update or dlc expansion for 2

pretty much. a very standardized pre built PC that valve can crank out to customers who aren't "pc gamers" and who have steam libraries bc of steam deck. don't think that existing pc gamers are the market for this thing. does this captures people who think they're getting a good deal on a prebuilt?
