She is wrong in that the order an officer gives you is not an order from the commander in chief. It’s an order. She is trying to pre-exonerate officers. And that is not how any of this works. I suspect it’s an attempt to give a signal to any bad actor/officer that they are protected by team trump

She is correct. When you sit before a UCMJ panel = it’s officers as judges. Using the word orders as in illegal orders is not how you defend yourself, bc you admit you recognize it as an order. Instead = the command was illegal therefore not an order is the only chance a military member has.

Sounds good but pushing them into approved or not= giant gift for insurance not to cover ND’s which millions of women with Hashimoto’s rely on bc their bodies can’t utilize generics

Respectfully. When a member sits before a UCMJ panel = Officers-Telling them YOU knew they were orders decided not to follow them gets you a DD, if not prison. Telling them the commands were not legal because xxxx therefore not orders is your defense. Looking in with Law is not the same as UCMJ
