I'm noticing that I am having thoughts and temptations of self harm recently and that is...Not Good.

I need to get my shit together but I am on disability pay and my family keeps getting sick and given how small this town is and the current climate I am not getting a job anytime soon.

One of my longest time friends is off doing whatever and I'm genuinely happy for them but I also have a sneaking suspicion that they have probably moved on with their life or enjoy someone else's company a lot more than mine.
