i used to be a sc*nlator and i swear regional spellings and words were the bane of my existence. especially when ur trying to be inclusive to people outside of the usa

american english hates adding u's to words for some reason like color vs colour—that kinda thing and weirdly, it also extends to japanese names cause bakugou's name literally has a "u" (う) in it when you write it out in katakana.

cause they get compared to all might because they're both his successors and tdrk to a looser extent but kr is compared to am because of how heroic and pure he is and bc he refuses to stay down in a fight

this earlier sketch only supports this because aside from him, all the other characters featured are extremely important to the series. also he's the only one actually touching am which is interesting bc kirishima does get compared to am more than once and not in the way that either dk or blasty do

i thank god every day that he doesn't get as much merch as he deserves because i don't need to be spending that much
