Kim Gordon is a feminist icon, and I absolutely fully respect her as a woman and an artist, but I actually don’t like Sonic Youth. Their music just doesn’t do it for me, mostly because I don’t like noise, while it’s not all of their sound, it is a core part of it. They just don’t do it for me. :/
