I've had a decent 6mo of kind of tuning it somewhat out. I took off my "politics guy" hat. My mental health improved. But every time the T-word crops up, I feel like I need to pay attention for dear life. That feeling comes right back.
I'm feeling it double RN. I think SM might be a net negative.

I really enjoyed it. But mostly cuz of the atmosphere. Eggars is so good at creating little microcosms that only are too-short on the screen. Everything naturally lit. I don't need much to enjoy a fun, pretty movie.
But inexplicably the folks I went with HATED IT. 🤷
