I spoke too soon DHS is now blaming the victim and saying ICE agents were justified.

I notice that for once DHS is holding back before announcing shooting was entirely justified. Victim may have had a gun. The video shows ICE agent take a gun away before the victim is shot. Unclear if victim had attempted to draw gun during struggle or if it was still holstered or in pocket.

I would put evidence of the photo altering into the record at trial to show the jury that the prosecution is acting in bad faith and trying to corrupt the potential jury pool. Seems both damning and easy for a jury to understand.
