I started a daily painting practice over the weekend. I’ve made a list of practice exercises and every day I roll a d12 to pick one. Then I roll again to choose colours from my pallet and paint in this tiny watercolour journal.

If it’s too sticky, you can touch the sticky side of tape to your clothes before adhering it to the paper. It works fairly well. I’ve had to do that when working with mixed media paper.

Also, make sure you’re pulling the tape away from the painting and low to the surface.
