ok the DOS GnG was pretty hilarious! absolute dumpster fire of a port (I say that lovingly)
I think I'll go back and try to beat Advanced difficulty next week, maybe even a proper speed run attempt or two, and then onto the PC-88 port.

Amstrad CPC Ghosts n Goblins is done! Only 3 levels, but the one hit deaths pushed this to the top spot for most deaths in the GnG Challenge so far.

Played thru two great recent fan made remakes for C64 and C4+, but the official C16 version was determined unbeatable, even with only two levels. The Unicorns in level two have way too much health to kill them before getting stomped on. 🦄

GnG game #3 down! The C64 port was a clonky good time. Against better judgment I am gonna add the other C64 2015 remake to the list also, it looks pretty great.

GnG game #2 is done, tackled THREE loops of the NES port! Loop 3 is definitely devisut by satan - the final stage took me over 8 hours to beat 💀
