Sounds like the conversations at my job. A key supplier, gets some components from tariff countries, trying to read the tea-leaves-in-a-maelstrom to figure out what to buy, hoard, the final price, what to tell our customers. It can take months to get from A to B and there is no predictably.

I suppose they are just going to fire people and they'll hold up stacks of emails as 'proof' that people aren't working. "Let's do that thing we did before with the stacks of paper."🫨

Bizarro world for sure. 'We will kill you and take your land, build gated communities and it will be great everyone will be happy AND we'll do it without soldiers, we'll just push you into the desert and there are lots of people with money over there so they will take care of you so don't worry.'😳
