It became a kid's show and that's when it blew up (and when I started liking it, being a kid, and when my parents stopped liking it). As an adult, I can appreciate that the first two seasons (especially season 1 episode 1) were actually good.

It was the first episode of the series, "All the Way," arguably the best episode of the series.
