The Raspberry Pi 4 now has a "hinged" micro SD socket, well mine does anyway 🤣.

(after a quick prod with the soldering iron it's back to being a boring push-pull).

My old #samsung Galaxy S8 just popped itself out of the case and jumped onto the floor 🙄 .
Mobile phone, screen down sat on a small white box. The back looks closed on the left side but the gap widens towards the right where it's around 5mm. The back has been removed from the phone showing the battery bulge.

The rpi-imager problem was a red herring, after switching to dd I still can't get a [non-mangled] CM0 dev board to boot.

In free air the #cm0 looks to hold it's own thermally and doesn't throttle running stress, stuffed in a cardboard box it happily throttled as expected.

I'm not sure #edf know how this time thing works. Emailing on the 7th requesting a photo of the generation meter "within 10 days" but only accepting photos taken on or before the 7th doesn't really work for me (the date picker allows 7/10/2024-7/10/2025 to be selected).
EDF form to submit a photo to verify the meter. Date photo taken is 09/10/2025 a form submit error "Value must be 07/10/2025 or earlier" is shown under it. Declaration #3 is "The date of the photo taken is correct for the attached photo" "Date photo was taken" date picker with the 1st Oct to 7th selectable.

Looking at Chrome dev tools I'm getting "429 Too Many Requests" from #royalmail when it tries to generate the label.

I can see the "x-rate-limit-remaining" in the response headers reducing with every request it makes checking if I have a collection today […]
