I know this is late, but I'm up for it!

Thank the lord. To be brutally honest, given how some Switch 1 games mandate a patch to even play at all, the Backwards Compatibility on Switch 2 is sounding more cumbersome than it's worth. So when I get a Switch 2, I may just keep all my Switch 1 data on my Switch 1.

Ah, ok. And safe on Switch 1?

So, is it still blocked without updates or safe on Switch 2? Just wanna be sure for the future.

Pardon me for asking, but do you know where I can find a list of Switch 1 games that require patches for Switch 2?

New characters, vehicles, tracks, emotes and SOUNDS?
Does that include sounds that come out of the characters' MOUTHS?
Are our VOICES being heard?!
