The Sumud Flotilla is a non-violent group of heroes bringing aid to Gaza. Today, the Israeli Navy illegally boarded 3 of the ships and cut off their communication.

A government shutdown is counterproductive: it will slow down and stop services that we all rely on. The alternative is Trump is kicking 4 MILLION people off of their healthcare. We cannot compromise on essential health coverage for the most vulnerable Americans.

ICE continues to kidnap our neighbors, while putting a fence up at the processing center in Broadview.

I joined dozens of protesters this morning to tie hand written notes with red ribbons on the fence, to send a signal that we are still here, and we won’t stop resisting until this invasion ends.

We loved seeing so many supporters, neighbors, learning some coffee secrets from the incredible staff ☕️
