The samurai spoke of kokoro, the heart and spirit of a warrior. To battle within oneself is to confront doubt, fear, and the relentless pace of modern life. It is the heart of a warrior, though, that keeps us steady—anchored in love for family and the simple joy of shared moments.

I have also seen they will also not hire until they have interviewed at least 1 individual from each demographic. Vacant positions for up to 18 months before hiring one of the first individuals however they didn’t wait that long and took another job.

The whole cycle repeated over again.

With some corp- they have DEI KPI. They have to hire based on these KPI. When they do and they report them there are financial benefits.

I have literally seen this breakdown. They had a percentage for each category they had to hit.
