'Common sense' used by people describing their positions/thoughts on something should be an immediate warning sign. What they mean is 'this is how I think, so everyone else should think this way as well'.
Interesting to see how many people are just totally ignoring this, but absolutely lost their minds over Swen Vinckie's comment on Larian using AI for some minor stuff. Almost like if people play a game, like it and THEN find out it used AI they're happy to brush over it 🤔

Harry Brook is the personification of the 'bazball' mentality. Take someone that had the basis of a good test player, strip all that out, and make sure he just focuses on the run rate and hitting the ball as many times as possible. Such a shame he'll be a scapegoat for years to come, he has talent.

Imagine reading this, being at the poorer end of the scale and thinking 'you know what, those reform guys care about me, I'm gonna vote for them cause they'll look after the poor and vulnerable.' You just wouldn't do it. Well. Other than for the obvious reason that people vote reform.....

I try very hard to not get over excited for games, but CONTROL is one of my favorite games ever and I am SO excited to see what Remedy have been working on
Anyone who thought they would move away from turn based a) doesn't know Larian and b) doesn't understand how games are made or the engines they run on.
My suspicion is this is fans of a made up genre going 'we want it to be more like our made up genre so we can claim it as one of ours'.

'combat stamina' is a way of saying 'we don't know how to make combat unique and interesting', having combat stamina AND weapon degradation is an open confession your combat sucks so users have to be artificially punished. Such a boring way to do combat.

Offff, the believers in a 'souls-like' genre are NOT going to be happy being told difficulty will be adjusted down, they truly believe that no games are as hard as the 'souls-like' and that's part of what makes it a 'real genre'....

Either Evri have zero self awareness or are just lying - anyone that has EVER used them knows they are absolutely dreadful - I've cancelled orders from websites because they use Evri to deliver, absolutely awful company

I see turning against the players/manager/owner is already happening over on the other place. Amazing how quickly people will go from 'we've got a decent squad' & 'I love the new owner acting like 1 of the fans' to 'the owner shouldn't be making decisions on who to hire!' & 'they're all rubbish'

Does anyone actually use the epic store other than for the free games? Part of the reason Alan Wake 2 struggled so much for any traction/numbers was it being 'exclusive' to a store front barely anyone uses.......
