If you have a more modern tank, I don’t think it’s as imperative, as they have insulation built in. I would definitely do the inlet & outlet pipes! You could also set up a room screen or hang blankets from the ceiling near the tank to give it a kind of “dressing room” of warmth lol

I live in a more temperate climate than you (I think?), but our well-to-pressure tank water line is above ground right now due to needing repairs. We, too, must keep the water flowing at a pretty good rate to prevent freezing, especially overnight. I’m thankful we don’t pay for water usage!

You can get motion-activated sprinklers or compressed air to make it uninviting for them. Could also spray orange oil around the yard for a while & that might make them eventually stop coming over?

We had a family reunion in October, and it was basically a stoner family reunion 🤣 We had nightly “safety meetings” in one cousin’s xl schoolie & had a few aunts/uncles join a couple nights. I love my fam, man!
