Public hospital CEOs had to present a plan to govt last week spelling out how they will save money over the next 3 years. You can't squeeze the system any more & not expect significant failure. Workforce shortages & increased demand with decreasing funds means severe impact on access to healthcare.

VICs beware that hospital budgets have been cut 2 the bone. No idea how the health system will keep functioning. Give it another 8 weeks & HCWs will b @ breaking point due 2 exhaustion from being so under-resourced/over worked. VICs will need 2 lower expectations re healthcare 😢
