I wish you could, but I think you shouldn't. It's likely that a bot or person would flag it, and it does violate their standards. I know that more and more people are getting away with nudity, but at the same time more and more people are getting banned for nudity and for not-quite-nudity.

This is similar to an outfit Liza Minnelli wore in a famously filmed and photographed production that I've wanted to emulate!

I'm curious about this also. Every photo I've ever placed a nudity warning on seems to automatically gets a sexual activity warning as well, even though those image never depict sexual activity. When I appeal, those particular warnings usually get removed, but I haven't posted in a while.
