The history I read extensively growing up has not adequately prepared me for the feelings I have for how disappointing this moment in time is.

Companies should know what is in the preview builds they give to customers. This includes any broken functionality. Have someone or a team smoke test your build to make sure the build is usable and not functionally unusable.

I really wish the PDF standard allowed for editing just the metadata of locked PDFs. So many indie and mainstream books don't have an author tag or title tag and physical e-readers need that information to help sort books on. I don't want to crack your book. I just want to fix its tags.

One of the most rewarding things about working in QA is knowing that some of the tech I've worked on in my career are actively helping protect a wide swath of Americans and American Industries. I can't speak in particular about any company a company I've worked for has done business with though.

Hi. I'm a Software QA professional with far too many years of experience. My intro to QA was figuring out how to break the engine used to make TES: Oblivion by creating mods to re-imagine a better government response to the Oblivion Crisis. Old Hat with a lot of tech, but I never stop learning.
