It's awful. Honestly thought the Tank Museum was far, far better than offering up that load of rubbish. Such a shame to see.

I preferred the style of the Spitfire/Hurricane - and even the BF-109 - so I always thought the Thunderbolt was just a great big lump in comparison, which I suppose it is... but it's fantastic!
One of my favourites now.

I'm going to have to go back and have a look for it at WHW as I can't remember seeing it sadly!
They did however, have another classic of Mike's on display though, 'The Rock' from the Angels of Death Codex!

I must be a sadist or something because painting up Guilliman the other week - I really enjoyed doing all the gold trim, it was actually my favourite bit of the model!
As you say, it's a bit therapeutic & relaxing in all honesty!

40k 3rd Edition box set was the first game I bought, but where things really started was with this.
Issue 217 of White Dwarf, with it's free Necron tempting me on the cover! I was totally hooked after reading this from cover-to-cover.

The ones from the Island of Blood set... I'm hoping they get a re-release in The Old World because those are just stunning. I was never really into High Elves when I was younger, but to have a unit of those just to paint would be great.
