Barok carrying a tray of cookies of hedgina and Maria's mascot heads to be baked, taking a glance at noisy trio of Sholmes, iris, and kazuma at the table. Kazuma is concentrating hard with his tongue out, icing chuunosuke's cookie with a piping bag, while iris excitedly directs him. The table has a bunch of mascot cookies, including usato, nyanzieks, nyasogi, bearis, and harelock. Sholmes is behind kazuma and iris, yapping and gesturing wildly with his hands. Everyone except Sholmes is wearing a frilly apron of their respective colors, with iris touches, denoting she made them. Barok witnesses kazuma getting into mini argument with Sholmes, with kazuma looking quite miffed at whatever Sholmes said; Sholmes is continuing unaffected while iris is giggling while looking on. The sight reminds barok of seeing KLINT, genshin, and a pregnant lady Baskerville laughing together, some time in the past, causing barok to smile amusedly to himself.

i figured there was no better way to finalise this episode than simply celebrating barok a little. this was my first time ever participating in this type of event, and it's been incredibly fun. here's to the little darling of the van zieks family.
