Thanks to Jerry Falwell, I hadn't gone to church for decades until I was on a bus tour through Italy. They told us to wear something on our head out of respect. All I had was a sticky bun. Before leaving I wanted to wash my head. There was this little tub of water. Then all this yelling & screaming.

Heart wrenching and a stain on our nation's history and reputation that a university department dedicated to training students how to investigate war crimes and human rights violations has decades of work ahead in just investigating the first year of the 2nd Trump Administration.

A critical takeaway and foundation for indictments of Trump and all Trump Administration officials involved in this horrific event. ICE information shows only 3% of those sent to CECOT had history of violent criminal offenses. Also, 48% had no criminal record whatsoever.

60 Minutes was a flagship, award winning news/commentary television program for decades, emblematic of the best of American TV journalism. It has been beaten down by reactionary billionaires & jingoistic nationalists right before our very eyes. There need to be threats of mass resignations to fix it

To my understanding, of the shared principles that went to writing our Constitution and laws, the critical principle was the power of reason. That is the principle I glean from your opinions and analyses. The only true "originalist" principle is we are to employ reason, not try to divine intent.
