I got lucky. My company sent me to Ireland to set to and run a sub. Loved it, decided to stay, guy citizenship. But if you have money you can do it.

House sat for a week in Capriolo. Planty of housing, not touristy, in the Lake Iseo area. Spent a lot of time here. Now looking at houses. The view from my friend's cafe in Adrara San Rocco. The world is a big place, but the reality is it's not that easy for 🇺🇸 to move to 🇪🇺

But there not all the same, look for one that is not built for racing, had a more "relaxed" geometry (your more upright when riding).

As pointed out, that is a road bike. The most important thing about about any bike is the fit. Hardtails are much more comfortable than road bikes (my road bike is basically permanently attached to a smart trainer).
