And THIS is why ICE has become dangerous. They don't actually CARE whether someone is an immigrant.
Pretty soon EVERYONE who is black or brown will be targeted (except for black/hispanic gangs because ICE "agents" are COWARDS).
And Noem may be fired because she isn't AGGRESSIVE enough!
