Don't even need to change the number of states. Combine the Dakotas. Combine Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. Combine Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas. Split California in 3, make everything north of Westchester "North NY". Add DC and PR.

We're seeing the gas build start in ky, and we don't even have any large data centers yet. LG&E-KU are trying to get approval for a $3+ billion plan for two new plants and keeping coal online longer, without a single contract yet.
