Angela, many of your posts are an opaque mystery. A few words of context would reveal the subject you’re referring to, so we don’t have to google.

Have you ever noticed that Tony Robbins and Penn Jillette have the same voice? I’d rather hear Penn though.

So that’s what CMEs sound like. 😁

My fifth-grade teacher would remind you that hey is for horses…

Excellent. Now can we get Avi Loeb investigated for being in the X-Files? 👽

I love hard SF. But I don’t love war. Must there be combat in space? Is it inevitable? Is it something to be celebrated?

Robotic lunar logistics? Yes, please.

One liquid hydrogen tank and two oxygen in what I assume is the Mars landing craft? Are they just for a deorbit burn? I hope Superman can get there in time if that paraglider fails.

I can’t believe the lodge is gone. I haven’t been there in 25 years, but have fond memories of it and hoped to go back.

Oh my God, it’s full of stars.

Lovely! I can’t say my mom ever bought a multimeter, but if she did, it would be an antique.

This image appeared on the cover of The Last Whole Earth Catalog. The Apollo 4 command module had a 70mm Hasselblad camera that took 200 images. I thought the Orion capsule would be full of expensive cameras for its test flight around the moon in 2022. But it only had some GoPros….

I first saw 2001 in the summer of 1968, in 70mm Cinerama at the Cooper Theatre in Denver. I was eight years old, and haven’t been the same since. 🦴

Something on Rhino Records. Air by Talking Heads?

Oh my god, it’s the Orion Project!
