Saw Brian’s Song as a kid, and remember it being the first movie that made me cry without an animal in peril. Was worried it might be mawkish, but when I re-watched recently it still hit me hard in a very clear eyed way.

Me too. Spent a few tense days watching Unicorn Riot feeds and Slacking local friends, wondering whether it was ok to be outside at night.

I deactivated and deleted today. Musk going full-on right wing shitlord and Tucker moving his show there were I guess the final straws. But the endless parade of blue checks up at the top of every single posting thread had made it a miserable place for the last couple of months anyway.
