Thanks! I was a little hesitant in doing an English dub at first. But then I realized since it's just me doing the English dub, it's basically just Sture's voice speaking English with his Swedish accent, so that way I was able to retain much of his personality (and Swedishness)!

Actually the grunts, as well as the first "Hej" is actually from the original Swedish language track!

I'll always love the original Swedish versions most as well! I was actually hesitant in making an English dub at first, since a big part of Sture's personality is that he speaks Swedish.
It's a nice way to bring in more non-Swedish speaking people though, and the original will always still exist!

We saw this goldfinch protecting itself from hail! It just stood there looking straight up, waiting for the rain to calm down. Almost kind of looked like a little penguin!

Adding sounds!
This is by far the most ambitious episode yet, as it's the first time I've animated Sture interacting with a bunch of different objects. Which also of course means I have to record and add sound effects for every interaction as well!
Getting very very close to finishing this project!!

Btw this frame took 51 seconds to render. There are 2156 frames to render, so if every frame took this long then it would take almost 31 hours to render the whole animation.
Gonna see if I can optimize the render times. Nevertheless, this is gonna take a while!

First frame reveal!! :D
Big milestone reached! The animation is pretty much finished!
Next thing to do is rendering, so I'm doing some render preparations. Setting the correct materials, checking the lighting and VFX, render settings, and so on!

When I'm not animating I compose music! This is part of a 17 minute long composition I've been working on.

I began working on the script for this episode in December of last year. The project had been on hold for a while since I had to focus on work, other projects, and vacation. But this past month I've been very productive, and I'm so happy that the episode is finally almost finished!
