Combined with the abundance of misinformation and the fact that articles, videos, posts, etc. stay on the internet forever when you find an April Fool's article in September you can't tell if it's supposed to be genuine or not
Problem is that it is impossible these days to distinguish between an April Fool’s Day prank ….and the actual news!

As the energy price cap increases today and millions struggle with bills (even as wholesale energy costs are decreasing) it's worth highlighting that the most affluent regions of the country pay less for essential energy supplies.
