In my opiniom AppSec in Game Dev ist completly overlooked. I remember an exploit from Battlefield 2 that allowed something similiar. And the industry didnt seem to have learned much since then.

One instance I remember was an exploit found by Luigi Auriemma in Battlefield 2, where a malicious server owner was able to download malicious files and place them in the autostart folder of the user.

AppSec in games is a pet peeve of mine. Its way overlooked and ignored. But large games have huge amount of players (and therefore a large installation base). And RCEs in games have happened several times now. I am honestly impressed that large ransomeware gangs do not exploit this path more often.

The government already proofed it does not care much about active laws and is very happy to bend them to benefit themself. Also I doubt that DJT will fight this with his own wealth but with tax dollars instead.

Schutzstreifen sind aber immer absoluter Müll, in meiner Meinung. Das ist keine Radinfrastruktur, das ist einfach Müll. Schutzstreifen verleiten Leute nur, noch weniger Überholabstand zu halten "Radfahrer haben doch ihre Spur".

Die Hauptschuld läge wohl beim LKW. Da er abbiegt, ohne die Radfahrerin Vorfahrt nach § 9(3) zu gewähren, abbiegt, wo er nicht darf und aufgrund der extrem hohen Betriebsgefahr. Die Radfahrerin wird wahrscheinlich aber eine Teilschuld bekommen. Wahrscheinlich läge die Schuldverteilung so bei 80/20.
