At an event with the Asian Wave group, Cuomo says NYC needs to "reevaluate" the Chinatown replacement jail part of the Close Rikers plan, adding that location's "extremely problematic."

He doesn't absolutely wanna rule out that site, tho, and says Rikers must close.
