Well it's not only that. American cars have horrible fuel efficiency and gas in Europe is way more expensive. Americans really don't realise how cheap their gas is. Closest gas station to me has gasoline for like 2 Euro a liter. In the US the average is like 0.7 a liter. Three times cheaper

It's insane to me that Americans are expecting a document written 250 years ago to stay relevant without being amended or updated. Times change and Founders couldn't even imagine some of the things we have today.

That's not true. It depends on the type of pacemaker with newer models being able to go in just fine and even older models can go in an MRI if specific precautions are taken.
