Always had a problem with the "zombie eat brains" thing. NOT a part of Romero's vision. Here we see brain eating, For the first time I think. Is that why the Alphas are exceptional? Not an easy organ to access.
Also, in every zombie situation it is not the them, survivors are the most ruthless.
