why the hell khan wouldnt stay? the roster is in much better place now that it was at the end of colberts tenure. and he did it with late picks each year. and having to cater to Tomlins "aint rebuilding so sign stuff" approach

Before I read:
I honestly don't see a clear upgrade over Smith at OC. Maybe some other former HC like Daboll or Steichen. Bienemy?
Overall I am okay with the middle of the pack, clearly better OCs are HCs or soon to be (Johnson, Brady).
And obviously we want a guy who won't be leaving in 2 years
