I am making Hoshigaki for Christmas - soooo good! Not sure if these will turn out or not. I threw out a whole batch two weeks ago. Someone gave me new persimmons but they are pretty small.
If this doesn’t work I will make persimmon jam. We have a lot in our freezer.
