Barnaby will actively bully you into petting his belly: he repeatedly flops down on top of your feet until he gets tummy scritches. And any time you start petting him, he immediately rolls over to expose the tum.

Oh nice, they updated the art, but they didn't correct the spelling of "response". I prefer the charm of the old version, which appears to use a palm reading illustration.

I find this data from the Fed intriguing, as far as suggesting directions for research.
Graph of percentage of people who would cover a $400 emergency using cash or equivalent. This is divided into parents and non-parents. Both trend up since 2014. Parents saw an increase of nearly 10% in 2021, followed by an equally sharp drop in 2022.

Also, being feral isn't genetic, it's behavioral. The important thing is that they're socialized young. I've seen people assume that the kittens of a feral mom won't be friendly. Enthusiastic cuddler Ansel disagrees.
