I'm so glad to hear that ooni is really making quality home baking equipment! i have a kitchenaid and....

for years i've acted like i'm fine without further bread study but tbh i'm not. I'll learn how to use it now! mostly super long fermentation sourdoughs, 100% whole wheat or similar mixes here
