Dunno what to tell you then, and sure maybe there's a shortage of doctors but I'm not convinced it's because of the pay. Doctors are definitely not underpaid where I live.

Specifically for healthcare, single payer systems mean prices favourable to all... And medicine isn't operated as a for-profit system.
