MAGA itself is meant to be nothing more than a sacrifical stepping stone into Top 1% public fund theft and then into Technocracy (Project 2025), and it paved the way for exactly that. In this sense, MAGA project is a success, but will be discarded eventually once its usefulness is over.

Single Payer would've never happened under Harris or any establishment democrats as potus. Though ACA would've at least remain affordable with new subsidies and Medicaid would never have the planned gutting into utter dysfunction in a few years. Mostly that Ugly Bill would never have passed.
